The flu has hit our house. Shawn came home early from work yesterday. He is locked away in the bedroom and I'm hoping, hoping, hoping that no one else get it. Pleeeeeeease. I will do anything. Even give up sugar (ha!).
Good luck. I have girls weekend and with each day that passes I am a little more confident that I will get to go. I can't leave Ed home with three with puke involved. 24 more hours and I am off! Hope your hubby is feeling better lickety split and no one else gets it. Especially you!
My doctor and chiropractor both recommended vitamin D. 3000 to 5000 IUI on a regular basis and 10 000 at the onset of flu or cold. Also immunity is in the gut so I've heard that taking a probiotic helps to ward off illness too. Either way good luck!!

Fingers crossed!!! Eligh had it last week and Addyson had it Tuesday and Wednesday.
